To protect our community and maintain a safe, respectful marketplace, the following items are not permitted on Tempted Finds. These rules apply to all sellers and all listings. Tempted Finds may remove any item that violates these rules or poses a safety, legal, or compliance risk.
1. Illegal or Restricted ItemsThe following are strictly prohibited:

- – Controlled substances
- – Prescription or over‑the‑counter medications
- – Items promoting illegal activity
2. Unsafe or High‑Risk Items Items that may pose a safety hazard are not allowed, including:
- – Damaged or unsafe products
- – Items that cannot be safely handled or posted
- – Items made from materials that degrade in a way that affects safety
- – Items with sharp, broken, or hazardous components
3. Medical, Biological, or Health‑Related ContentTo comply with safety and platform rules, the following are prohibited:
- – Items making medical, biological, or health claims
- – Items described using medical terminology
- – Items presented as having health‑related effects This protects both sellers and buyers and keeps the platform compliant.
4. Explicit or Inappropriate ContentTempted Finds does not allow:
- – Explicit sexual content
- – Pornographic material
- – Graphic or adult imagery
- – Requests or listings that involve illegal or inappropriate behaviour Our platform is adult‑friendly but must remain safe and respectful.
5. Prohibited Toys & AccessoriesThe following items are not allowed:
- – Toys made from porous or unsafe materials
- – Damaged toys or items with material breakdown
- – Items that cannot be safely cleaned or prepared for resale Only safe, non‑porous, intact items may be listed.
6. Counterfeit or Misrepresented ItemsThe following are prohibited:
- – Fake or replica branded items
- – Items falsely advertised as designer
- – Misleading descriptions or deceptive listings All items must be accurately represented.
7. Personal InformationThe following must never be included in listings or parcels:
- – Phone numbers
- – Email addresses
- – Social media handles
- – Home addresses
- – Any attempt to move communication off‑platform This protects everyone’s privacy and safety.
8. Items Not Suitable for the PlatformTempted Finds may remove items that:
- – Do not fit the marketplace’s niche
- – Are inappropriate for an adult‑friendly resale environment
- – Create safety, legal, or compliance concerns
- – Are inconsistent with our brand or community standards Final decisions are made to protect the integrity of the platform.
9. Marketplace RightsTempted Finds reserves the right to:
- – Remove any listing that violates these rules
- – Request additional information or photos
- – Suspend or terminate seller accounts for repeated violations
- – Update this list at any time
