Tempted Finds is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and hygienic marketplace. These Hygiene & Safety Standards apply to all sellers and all items listed on the Platform. By creating a seller account, you agree to follow these rules in full.
1. General Hygiene RequirementsAll items listed on Tempted Finds must meet the following standards:
- – Safe for handling and postage
- – Suitable for resale within the Platforms niche
- – No biological or medical claims
- – No items that pose a health or safety risk
- – Clear, honest descriptions and photos of the actual item Listings that do not meet these standards may be removed.

Tempted Finds does not permit listing that include or reference biological or medical content
2. Clothing, Lingerie & ApparelAll wearable items must be:
- – Free from stains, damage, or strong odours
- – Accurately described for condition (new, like‑new, gently used, etc.)
- – Photographed clearly to show the real item Sellers must not list items that cannot be cleaned or sanitised.
3. Toys & Pleasure Items To ensure safety, all toys must be:
- – Made from non‑porous, body‑safe materials (e.g., silicone, stainless steel, glass)
- – Fully cleaned and sanitised before dispatch
- – Free from cracks, tears, or material breakdown
- – Shown clearly in photos from multiple angles Prohibited:
- – Porous toys
- – Damaged or unsafe items
- – Items that cannot be sanitised These rules protect both buyers and sellers.
4. Accessories & Fetish ItemsAccessories such as cuffs, collars, hosiery, and fetish gear must be:
- – Clean and in safe, usable condition
- – Free from damage that affects safety
- – Accurately described, including any wear Items involving bodily fluids or explicit biological content are strictly prohibited.
5. Packaging & DispatchAll sellers must:
- – Package items discreetly and securely
- – Use clean, sealed packaging
- – Dispatch within the stated timeframe
- – Mark orders as “Shipped” promptly
- – Avoid including personal contact details in parcels Discreet packaging is mandatory to protect buyer privacy.
6. Prohibited Items (Hygiene‑Related) The following items are not allowed on Tempted Finds:
- – Items containing bodily fluids
- – Items making biological, medical, or health claims
- – Items that cannot be cleaned or sanitised
- – Damaged toys or unsafe materials
- – Illegal or dangerous fetish items
- – Anything listed in the full Prohibited Items List Violations may result in account suspension.
7. Seller Responsibility Sellers are fully responsible for:
- – Ensuring items meet hygiene standards
- – Providing accurate descriptions and photos
- – Cleaning and preparing items before dispatch
- – Complying with all Tempted Finds policies Failure to follow these standards may result in listing removal or account action.
8. Marketplace Rights Tempted Finds reserves the right to:
- – Remove listings that violate hygiene or safety rules
- – Request additional photos or clarification
- – Suspend or terminate seller accounts for repeated violations
- – Update these standards at any time These rules exist to protect the integrity of the marketplace.
